给 Cory 发的邮件终于有了回应（好慢啊），他已经把我扫描的文章打包给大家下载了，不过不知道有多少人下载：） 不过这个形式很重要，标志着一种从不开放，到开放版权的转变——国内可能很少有人这样的考虑吧？这个意义恐怕更加重大一些。

While I’m waiting for the editors to provide me with the electronic text, I’ve uploaded the scans in a tarball, under a Creative Commons by-noncommercial-share-alike license.
